One family that came into the Visitor Information Centre at Tidbinbilla last week had their young son with them who had just two questions: “Can I take a kangaroo home?” “Can I ride a kangaroo?” He was so cute and shy about it that I felt bad that the answer to those two questions was ‘no’.
