This Saturday 27 March 2010 is the 10th Anniversary of the Visitor Information Centre at Tidbinbilla, so to celebrate I created the above picture. I’m not working this weekend as I’m going camping to the coast with Hazel, but if you go to Tidbinbilla, wish the VIC a Happy Birthday for me!!
For my birthday, Hazel sponsored a Koala for me! She is called Peach and lives at Featherdale Wildlife Park. Her enclosure: And (I think) this picture is of her: Whilst at Featherdale we were also able to have a photo opportunity with a koala (this isn’t Peach). Then out came the sketchbook:
On my birthday we had an amazing meal at the Gunyah restaurant which is surrounded within trees and more trees. And what lives in trees? POSSUMS!As we were leaving the restaurant one little possum came out to wish me a Happy Birthday and struck a few poses for me to take some photos of him!
